Our Vision

Adept Property Services, is a leading Surplus recovery firm, private investigation agency and  property management company.

We started in the short term rental field.

A husband/wife team that was incredibly in love with working together to achieve 5-star stays for their  valued guests. From there she found surplus recovery, her passion, and went "all in" on learning how to better serve the community. Taking online educational courses, going back to school to obtain a Private investigators license and open a Private Investigation Agency in Oklahoma.  Adept Property Services vision is to be the leading provider of surplus recovery solutions for individuals and businesses navigating tax deed sales, mortgage foreclosures, bankruptcies, and unclaimed state funds. Our mission is to efficiently recover and maximize the value of surplus assets, ensuring rightful owners are reunited with their funds. Through integrity, transparency, and expertise, we aim to empower clients by simplifying the recovery process and providing them with the opportunity to reclaim what is rightfully theirs, while fostering a more equitable and sustainable financial landscape.
